Travesía en Contra

For Travesía En Contra, the debut album by double bass player Charly Rodríguez, we developed a visual identity rooted in nature and material memory. The project draws from the wood that gives voice to the double bass, tracing the instrument back to its origin. To explore this connection, we returned to an analog process and photographed jacaranda trees using Polaroid film, creating a cover image that captures the dialogue between sound and matter.
