Andrés Márquez is a prolific Mexican drummer. Recently, he formed “Márquez y La Victoria del Tercer Mundo”, an experimental jazz band. We had the pleasure of recording their single ‘Quito’ at our studio.
For Márquez, jazz has the potential to transform certain situations and must operate like a social balm for the Latin American context.
